
In spite of the initial diffidence towards putting the ecological food on the menu due to the fact that at that time the only ecological food we had available to taste were different kinds of an excellent goat cheese, we have decided to include into our offer several main courses, mainly for their exquisite taste and the quality of this kind of raw materials.

Vegetarian meals are very popular in the Czech Republic thinks to their long-lasting historical roots and for the same reason they are ever more sought after. These meals are quite near to the Czechs and in this country this kind of food enjoys quite a long tradition. Hardly anybody knows that for the period of almost 200 years after the end of the Thirty Years War the Czechs were forced to forgo eating meat because of the countryside poverty.
