I am just trying to think what might interest you? Whether we know how to work in a team, how we manage to handle demanding work, what our priorities are and other questions, which often crop up with the uninitiated during the regular - and from the point of view of the guest problem-free - running of the establishment. This calm is illusive, you are served by a calm, smiling waiter who brings aromatic and beautiful works of art to your table created from selected delicacies and accompanied by superb wine ... lovely. This sort of ease at the table was always part of relaxation and a good lifestyle - it still is.

That is the way it should be and we all make the utmost of efforts in order for you to feel at ease here because you are our guests. And what gives us the greatest pleasure? What is the greatest reward? Praise. When a guest tells us "That is divine." The Head chef's heart flutters with joy along with the rest of us when we hear this. And your self-esteem is at once raised. Your back straightens up and the load of the heavy work is immediately lightened. The waiter immediately begins to serve more intensively, pushing in chairs, dragging crates with drinks, rushing around with plates of food and he is happy. The operations manager raises her eyebrow meaningfully and with glee, she checks the guest's eyes to see if they are wanting for anything and orders more goods. The Head chef smiles, flags a little and then picks up again, thinks up and brings together the very best for you table. And then come the suppliers, the checking and the cooking all over and over again. A quick look in on the pastry chefs, keep an eye on the grill to make sure that the chefs are not ruining anything. The other chefs and pastry chefs clatter dishes importantly, carve, cook and bake, prepare and decorate, with streams of sweat down their backs. The main thing is that everything is prepared on time and is of a high quality. This restaurant is a team of professionals and enthusiasts, from the dishwashers to the sales assistants to the office workers who give their all. I have to tell you that one could not work in this trade without a love for it. It is a grind and an endless roundabout and not many people are able to do it. We are a family company and each of us has their place in the company hierarchy and each of us knows what their goal is - a contented and ecstatic guest.
